📌 Step 1: Buy Cryptocurrency on an Exchange

After making the transfer, you must upload a transaction screenshot with the transaction hash on our deposit page to ensure your deposit is processed smoothly. Follow these steps:

1. Log in and Access the Deposit Page

  • Log in to your account and go to the "Finance" section.
  • Click on "Deposit" to start the deposit process.

2. Select Your Cryptocurrency and Network

  • In the “Deposit Network” settings, choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit (e.g., USDT-TRC20, BTC, ETH).
  • Verify that the selected network matches the instructions on the screen (ERC20, TRC20, or BEP20).

3. Enter Deposit Amount and Generate Address

  • Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the "Amount" field.
  • Click "Deposit", and the system will generate a unique deposit wallet address for you.
  • Copy this address and go to your exchange to make the transfer.

4. Complete the Transfer from Your Exchange

  • Open your exchange account (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX).
  • Navigate to the Withdraw/Transfer section.
  • Select the cryptocurrency matching your deposit (e.g., USDT-TRC20), and paste the deposit address you copied.
  • Enter the exact amount and confirm the transaction (some exchanges may require SMS/email/Google authentication).
  • Submit and wait for the blockchain confirmation (this usually takes a few minutes).

5. Upload Transaction Proof

  • After completing the transfer, find your Transaction Hash (TxID) on the exchange and take a screenshot.
  • Return to our Deposit Page, click "Select File", upload your transaction screenshot, and submit your deposit request.

✅ Deposit Completed – Wait for System Processing

  • Once your transaction is submitted, our system will automatically process your deposit.
  • If you experience any delays or issues, please contact our support team.

🔹 Option 2: Transfer to a Personal Wallet First, Then Pay Us

✅ Best for: Users who already own a cryptocurrency wallet or prefer to store funds in their wallet before making payments.
✅ Recommended Wallets: Trust Wallet (Mobile), MetaMask (Browser Extension), Exodus (Desktop).
